Delete Your Data

This page explains how to request deletion of the data that the Lumi Player Pro app collects, what is deleted, and what we are legally required to keep.
1. How to request deletion
No account is required — the app does not use an account. To delete your data:
- Open Lumi Player Pro → Settings and copy your Device ID.
- Email privacy@lumiplayerpro.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include your Device ID.
- We confirm and delete your device / license record within 30 days.
2. What we delete
- Your anonymous device identifier (Device ID)
- Device model, Android version and app version
- Approximate country derived from your IP address
- Your license / activation record
3. What we keep (and why)
We keep billing data for 10 years (French legal obligation). It comes from a purchase made on the website and contains no in-app data.
4. Automatic deletion
Data tied to an inactive device / license is deleted after 3 years of inactivity. Raw IP addresses are never retained beyond 30 days.
